2024 Registration Information

2024 registrations are open through the Rugby Xplorer App. Go to either apple store or google play and download or update.

  • All players, coaches and managers can then sign up/log in and activate your Rugby Account to allow registrations.

  • Rugby Xplorer sign up/login is also accessible via the web at https://myaccount.rugby.com.au/

Once you download or upgrade the App, or access via the web

  • Sign-Up/Login using your email.

  • Click on “Email me my magic link”.

  • Reset Password.

  • Log in and click “Register” in the left-hand side menu

When Registering –

  1. Under ‘Play Rugby’ click ‘Find a Club’

  2. Search for ‘GPS Rugby Juniors‘

  3. Under ‘Registration Type’ for

    Pony Club

    • Role (Modified Rugby Participant)

    • Registration Type (Little Rugby)

    • Duration (Season)

U6-U16

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (XV Juniors)

  • Duration (Season)

All Abilities

  • Role (Modified Rugby Participant)

  • Registration Type (All Abilities Rugby Program)

  • Duration (Season)

Coaches and Managers

  • Role (Coach/Manager)

  • Registration Type (XV Juniors)

  • Duration (Season)

Junior Girl’s 7s

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (Junior Girls 7s)

  • Duration (Season)

FINAL STEPS:

  • Next, update any personal details if necessary - ensure email is correct and current.

  • Upload or change your profile picture OR leave and click ‘skip’

  • Update or fill in any additional details if necessary.

  • Update or fill in any emergency contact details if necessary.

  • Tick the box beside ‘I have read and agree to the National terms and conditions

  • Pay registration when prompted at the gateway

  • If wanting to register another player, when asked ‘Would you like to add another registration’ then click ‘Next player to be registered’ and repeat the process

Coaches, Managers and Volunteers - please remember to also register!
